Position summary
As our Senior GTM Recruiter, you'll be responsible for building our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You'll partner with leadership to define hiring strategies and source top talent for high-impact roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Coordinate interviews and provide exceptional candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and close candidates
- Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress
Required skills
- 5+ years of GTM recruiting experience in tech/SaaS
- Proven track record of closing senior-level candidates
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Data-driven approach to recruiting
