In this role
You'll work on building and scaling our enterprise platform infrastructure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust backend systems that power our AI-driven workflow automation tools. This role requires deep technical expertise and a passion for solving complex distributed systems challenges.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
- Build and maintain microservices architecture
- Optimize database performance and data modeling
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate APIs
- Implement security best practices and data protection measures
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
Who we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 USD depending on experience and location.
